Welcome to Fallow’s; also known as Bastion after hours.

Open Wednesday though Saturday from 5 - 9pm, Fallow’s Rest Wild was born out of a desire to have a place to eat dinner that WE would want to go to! We are often asked at Bastion, “where do you recommend to go for dinner for someone who is gluten-free, dairy-free, seed oil-free, follows “fill in the blank” diet, etc.?” And the answer was…. we didn’t really have many good options! But in the fall of 2023 we were approached to take over a space that was already near and dear to our hearts; one with a beautiful patio we had sat on many, many times and said secretly that we’d always loved the idea of having as our own…

And in July of 2024, we opened the doors! Fallow’s is an “elevated casual” dinner experience with all of the same ethos and sourcing practices at Bastion. Supporting small farmers is our North Star, as is providing the best and most nourishing hospitality we can. Reservations can be made ahead of time for a celebration or pre-planned outing, but we also highly encourage a spur of the moment decision to pop in for a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic cocktail and a spread of small plates on a random Wednesday evening.

Run by the same nutritionist and chef team that built Bastion, we speak the language of allium-free, nightshade-free, and “this is how to modify this dish to fit any dietary restriction or food allergy”. Because being a bastion of nourishment does not only exist within the walls of Bastion, we seek to provide that same level of dedication at Fallow’s.
